TRACY GARDNER aka JESS SINCLAIR
Tracy Gardner is an Edgar Award nominated fiction author represented by Frances Black of Literary Counsel. Her latest novel, PERIL AT PENNINGTON MANOR, is the second in the series that began with RUBY RED HERRING, a Mary Higgins Clark Edgar Award finalist and a New York Public Library Best 100 of 2021 book. Tracy also penned Hallmark Publishing's first cozy mystery series, the Shepherd Sisters Mysteries.
In a new project under pen name name Jess Sinclair, she writes women's and book club fiction. Jess Sinclair's debut novel is set to publish in December of 2023, and is a gripping and emotional tale of a woman coming home to the small Florida gulf coast fishing town she fled as a teen, in hopes of repairing the broken relationships she left behind.
A Detroit native and mother of three, Tracy is a daughter of two teachers who works as a nurse when not writing. She lives with her husband and best friend of thirty years and a menagerie of spoiled rescue dogs and cats. She is a strong believer in the power of baked goods, punk rock, and good friends as staples to a happy life. (Animal assistants pictured below)
